I love to juice this time of year and I always eat with the seasons, I gravitate towards foods that support detoxification every spring and this is a juice I make daily.

Beets are also wonderful for beautiful glowing skin and hair due it’s powerful antioxidant compounds. An excellent blood builder and blood purifier.
Process the following ingredients in your juicer:
- Turmeric roots, 2-4 small (or start with one) Sold at Whole Foods
- Beet root, 1/2 medium beet or start with 1/4
- Ginger root, 1 inch piece
- Lemon, 1/2 one lemon
- Celery, 4-5 stalks
- Cucumber, 1/2
- Romaine lettuce, 5 leaves (optional)
If you want to sweeten this rejuvenating elixir simply add green apple. Or juice turmeric, ginger, and beet and drink as a shot, then follow with a delicious blend of romaine lettuce, celery, cucumber, lemon, and apple.
